Introduction

Bauxite (aluminous soil; bauxite),one of raw materials of alumina silicate refractory, also known as alumina or bauxite, hydrated alumina containing impurities, main component is its composition of alumina is extremely complex, a variety of geological sources vary the floorboard of the hydrous alumina ore.As water soft diaspore, monohydrate hard diaspore and sanshui diaspore (Al2O3 · 3 h2o);Have a plenty of diaspore and kaolinite (2 sio2, Al2O3, 2 h2o) company;Some is given priority to with kaolinite, and with higher content of kaolinite, the form for general bauxite or kaolinite clay.Bauxite is generally formed by the chemical weathering or exogenous, there are few pure mineral, mineral always contains some impurities, more or less contain clay minerals, iron ore, titanium minerals and clastic heavy minerals, etc.

Product Purposes

1, aluminium industry.Used for defense, aerospace, automotive, electrical, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc.

2, the precision casting.Alumina clinker made after mold precision casting processed into fine powder.Used in military industry, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment department.

3, used for refractory products.High bauxite clinker as high as 1780 ℃ refractoriness, chemical stability strong, and good physical properties.

4, aluminum silicate refractory fiber.With light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, heat capacity is small and the advantages of resistance to mechanical shock.Used in iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, oil, chemical space of atomic energy, defense and other industries.

5, magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw material, adding proper binder, used for pouring ladle whole ladle lining has particularly good effects.

6, manufacture alumina cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry and the various compounds can be aluminum.
